What if my item is returned to you after it’s shipped?
Yes, we love custom orders. If you need something customized, please email us at GundelCreations@gmail.com, and we will do our best to bring your vision to life.
Due to the custom nature of the items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery.
If your order is returned to us for ANY reason, we can reship the item to you, but you will be responsible for the re-shipment fee.
Are gift tags available?
How can I send a photo?
Yes, we include a gift tag with each order. We also have gift tag bundles for sale.
You can send your photo via email to GundelCreations@gmail.com with your order number. There is no limit to the number of photos you can send. The more the merrier!
